Booking Couples or Family Sessions: Each participant must have their own account to ensure proper registration for the session.
Schedule: We offer both in-person and virtual counselling sessions to accommodate a variety of schedules. Our clinic is open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, with select holiday hours. Each counsellor sets their own availability within these hours. Please check individual counsellor profiles for their specific in-person and virtual session times.
Location: 402 West Pender, Downtown Vancouver (Unit #604) Buzz #604 and we will let you in. Our office is located on the 6th floor. Please arrive a couple minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Free New Client Consultation
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—you don’t have to take it alone. This brief, no-pressure virtual consult is a chance to meet a counsellor, share what’s been weighing on you, and ask any questions you have. Together, we’ll explore what you’re looking for and help you find the right fit, so you can begin feeling supported from the very first step.
Low Cost Counselling
These 50-minute in-person or virtual sessions provide affordable, professional mental health support in a confidential space. Ideal for those seeking accessible care, short-term support, or a starting point for therapy. Sessions are offered by counsellors Kunal, Lynsey or Erin and can be accessed from the comfort of your home. Promo ends on March 31 for Kunal or Lynsey and April 30 for Erin. If you’re seeking a specific specialty, such as EMDR or perinatal counselling or youth counselling, you can still access these services during our low-cost promotion. Simply let your counsellor know your area of interest so they can prepare for your initial session.
ICBC Counselling
For clients recovering from a motor vehicle accident with an active ICBC claim. Sessions focus on trauma recovery, anxiety, and emotional adjustment following injury or loss.
Available in-person, virtually, or by phone. ICBC Sessions are fully covered under your approved claim.
New ICBC Clients:
Book the “New ICBC Client Consult” first and include your claim number. Once verified, we’ll schedule ongoing sessions.
Existing ICBC Clients:
Book “Subsequent ICBC Session.”
EMDR Counselling
EMDR is an evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy designed to help you process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or sound—to help your brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less triggering and more manageable.
EMDR can be helpful for a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, phobias, grief, childhood experiences, and stress that feels “stuck” in the body. In sessions, your therapist will guide you gently and safely through each phase of the EMDR process, ensuring you feel supported, grounded, and in control.

Teen & Youth Counselling (Ages 12–18)
We support teens and youth struggling with anxiety, low mood, school stress, social pressures, family conflict, and big life changes. Our counsellors help young people build confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy communication in a safe, non-judgmental space parents can trust.
Available in-person and virtually across Canada. Guardian consent required for clients under 19.
Perinatal Counselling
Perinatal Counselling offers compassionate support for individuals and families navigating the emotional realities of parenting, overwhelm, identity shifts, and the challenges of early parenthood. Whether you’re adjusting to new roles, managing stress, anxiety, or the balance of daily life, this space is designed to help you feel supported, grounded, and understood. (Babies are welcome!)
We also provide inclusive care for those on their fertility and family-building journey, including experiences with infertility, IVF, pregnancy, loss, adoption, and surrogacy — offering guidance and emotional support through every stage of the perinatal journey.
Individual Counselling
We offer a confidential, inclusive, and affirming space where adults can explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges with compassionate, highly trained counsellors. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, identity concerns, life transitions, relationship issues, or feeling stuck, our team is here to help you feel supported and understood from your very first session.
