I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with 10+ years of experience in psychology and relational communication. I support adults, couples, and families who want to understand their patterns, strengthen communication, and feel more grounded and confident in their lives and relationships. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and deeply attuned — someone who helps them feel seen, supported, and safe to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My multicultural background — Scotland, Ireland, and now Canada — gives me a unique lens on identity, belonging, and the emotional impact of major life transitions. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, specializing in communication, leadership, and relational dynamics. This experience enriches the work I do today with individuals, couples, and families, including those navigating parenthood, fertility-related decisions, and perinatal transitions.

• Motor vehicle accident trauma

• Communication challenges and relationship conflict

• Rebuilding trust, intimacy, and emotional connection

• Attachment patterns and family-of-origin wounds

• Life transitions, relocation, and identity shifts

• Self-esteem, confidence, and boundary-setting
